Southampton’s first Black Business, Art and Music (BBAM) Festival took place in October 2023 and planning for this years’s BBAM Fest is well underway. Owing to limited funding for this momentous African and Caribbean cultural event, TUVAA, the organisation behind BBAM Fest is holding a fundraiser to raise much-needed money for this year’s festival.
TUVAA says the Valentine-themed fundraiser will be a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant celebration of black culture, creativity & cuisine.
Black tie or traditional cultural wear. Live entertainment. Raffle. Photo booth. Award presentation celebrating outstanding individuals and businesses.
This event is to raise funds for BBAM 2024.
Date and time: Friday 16th February, 6pm – 11:30pm
Venue: City College, St Mary Street, Southampton
Tickets: £35 (reduced from £50) per person via Eventbrite or via details on their flyer below. Note: Eventbrite charges a booking fee.
