An event by the St Deny’s Activity Group and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust

Following on from their successful event last June, the St Deny’s Activity Group and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust are hosting their second mental health awareness day.

The event is designed to break down barriers and open up conversations about mental health and what support is available for people across Southampton.

All are invited to attend this free event. Free tea, coffee and lunch will be provided.
